Riya is an empathetic, compassionate and open-minded psychologist. She has a client-centered approach along with being unbiased and non- judgemental because she believes that every individual is unique and must be managed with care. Riya has completed her Masters’ Degree with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. Riya is a Certified Relationship and Family Therapist and member of the Counsellors Council of India. She has worked in both clinical and counselling setups. Her area of expertise lies in dealing with anxiety, trauma and depression along with daily life problems and mental disorders. Her goal in life is to spread mental health awareness and psycho-educate everyone that mental and emotional pain is equal to physical pain and should be given the same value and importance in our society.
