My name is Dr. Richa Ojha. I am a trained psychologist with a strong academic background and professional experience in the field of mental health and counselling. I have completed my Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, followed by a Ph.D. in Psychology from Kumaun University, Nainital. In addition to my formal education, I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Communication from Lucknow University, which has further strengthened my practical skills in psychological assessment, counselling, and effective communication. Currently, I am working as a Psychologist at IIMT College of Engineering, Greater Noida, where I focus on student mental health, stress management, emotional well-being, adjustment issues, and counselling support. My work involves individual counselling, psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, and mental health awareness activities for students. I am deeply interested in promoting psychological well-being, emotional resilience, and positive coping strategies, especially among young adults and students. I believe in a client-centered and empathetic approach, and my goal is to help individuals understand themselves better and lead healthier, more balanced lives.
