Sanjay was always attracted to the Defense forces and enrolled for NCC while still in school. The opportunity came his way when he got a chance to join the Indian Armed Forces and that is how he got deeper into the world of Administration, Human resources, physical Security, Counter Terrorism, Fraud investigations, Intelligence, and ancillaries, OSINT. Following his natural calling he moved on to civil society after serving the nation in different parts of the country. After stints in multiple organizations in a wide gamut of services he decided to move on to the next higher level. Following his 26 years of exposure in the field of HR, Administration, Drone/UAV, Electronic access control systems, Aviation Security, Physical Security, Career Counselor, and Employability Skills training in first-world countries, he became a master of excellence in multiple arenas. He is a Mentor of NITI Aayog, Government of India. He is also an Expert Committee member of the Aviation and Aerospace sector Government of India and a Drone/UAV syllabus committee member of the Technical Education Government of India.
